AI PDF Toolkit Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") are a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Gree Web Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your download, installation and use of the AI PDF Toolkit: Chat, Summarize, Translate & Convert PDFs mobile application and its related online services ("Application", "Service", "AI PDF Toolkit").

By downloading, installing, creating an account in, or using AI PDF Toolkit, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Application and uninstall it.

2. The Service

AI PDF Toolkit provides two groups of features:

• On-device tools (no account needed): Merge PDF, Split PDF, Image to PDF, Scan / Create PDF, and the PDF viewer with search and thumbnails. These run on your device.
• Online tools (account required): AI PDF Chat, Summarize PDF, Translate PDF, Export Notes, AI Report, PDF to Word, PDF to Excel and Word to PDF. These are processed on our servers and by our AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time. Online tools require an internet connection and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or third-party outages.

3. Accounts & Security

• You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country (or have a parent/guardian's consent).
• You may sign up with email and password or with Google. You are responsible for keeping your password and device secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@greewebsolutions.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• One person may not create multiple accounts to bypass usage limits.

4. License Grant & Restrictions

Subject to these Terms, Gree Web Solutions grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to download, install and use AI PDF Toolkit on devices you own or control, for personal or internal business purposes.

Restrictions on Use:

• You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.
• You shall not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of AI PDF Toolkit or any part thereof.
• You shall not access our servers or APIs other than through the official app, or use bots, scrapers or automation against the Service.
• You shall not circumvent, disable, or tamper with security features, usage limits, authentication or the AI prompt protection.
• You shall not resell, rent, or offer the Service to third parties as your own product.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AI PDF Toolkit to upload, process or generate content that:

• you do not have the right to use, or that infringes copyright, trademarks, trade secrets or privacy rights of others;
• is illegal, including child sexual abuse material, or promotes violence, terrorism, hate or self-harm;
• contains malware or is designed to attack, overload or manipulate the Service or its AI ("prompt injection", "jailbreaking");
• is used to harass, defraud, impersonate, or make automated decisions with legal effects on others without human review.

Requests that our prompt protector identifies as abusive may be blocked. Repeated violations may lead to suspension or termination of your account.

6. Your Documents & Content

You retain full ownership of all documents, images and text you process with AI PDF Toolkit, and of the outputs generated for you (summaries, notes, reports, translations and converted files), to the extent permitted by law.

When you use an online tool, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process and transmit your content solely to provide that feature to you, including sending relevant excerpts to our AI provider. We do not use your content to train AI models, and document data is deleted automatically after 30 days, or immediately when you delete your account.

7. AI Output Disclaimer

• Always verify important information against the original document.
• AI output is provided for information only and is not legal, medical, financial, tax or other professional advice. The "Legal review" report type does not replace a qualified lawyer.
• Converted files (PDF ↔ Word/Excel) may not preserve every element of the original layout, fonts, images or tables. Scanned PDFs without a text layer cannot be fully converted or analysed.
• You can report a problematic AI answer with the in-app "Report" button.

8. Fair Use & Service Limits

To keep the Service fast and free for everyone, the following limits currently apply and may change:

• Up to 60 AI requests per account per day (resets daily at midnight UTC). Larger translations count as more than one request.
• Maximum upload size of 20 MB per file for online tools.
• Limits on the number of pages that can be translated in a single request.

We may introduce optional paid plans (such as "AI PDF Toolkit Pro") with higher limits. Any paid features will be clearly described, with pricing, before purchase, and processed through the app store.

9. Third-Party Services

AI PDF Toolkit relies on third-party services, including Google Play, Google Sign-In, Google ML Kit, Groq (AI inference) and MongoDB Atlas (database hosting). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

10. Intellectual Property

AI PDF Toolkit, including its software, design, logos, icons and text (excluding your content), is owned by Gree Web Solutions and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand features.

If you believe content processed through the Service infringes your rights, contact us at info@greewebsolutions.com with details of the claim.

11. Termination & Account Deletion

• You can stop using AI PDF Toolkit at any time. You can permanently delete your account in the app from Profile → Delete account, or by contacting us.
• We may suspend or terminate access to online features if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or if required by law. Where reasonable, we will notify you first.
• Sections on content ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law survive termination.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS-IS")

AI PDF TOOLKIT IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OF AI OUTPUT, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. GREE WEB SOLUTIONS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY DOCUMENT, FILE FORMAT OR DEVICE.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GREE WEB SOLUTIONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR DOCUMENTS, DECISIONS MADE BASED ON AI OUTPUT, DEVICE MALFUNCTION, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

14. Modifications, Governing Law & Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use of AI PDF Toolkit after an update means you accept the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Gree Web Solutions is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
