You can permanently delete your account and all associated data (documents, extracted text, chat history, AI results, feedback reports and usage records) at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Option 1: In the app (instant)
- Open AI PDF Toolkit and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Option 2: By email
Email us from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the request and delete your account and data within 7 days, and confirm by email.
Request deletionFiles saved inside the app stay on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. Details in our Privacy Policy.
